- Navigate to the “Residence” page at the bottom left of the screen. Here you will see all of your current residents and visitors, select the Visitor you wish to mark “untrusted”
- The visitor’s profile details are displayed, select the three grey dots on the top right of the screen.
- Profile Options popup will appear. Select “Edit Profile”
- In the “Edit Profile” page you will see a “untrusted person” toggle option at the bottom of the screen. Toggle on
- The profile is now mark as “untrusted”, each notification you receive for this person will include an “untrusted” icon
